I have been a patient of Dr. Cook's since 2003. He has removed two brain tumors from my head at two different hospitals and except for the scar you would not know that I ever had brain cancer. Had 2 surgeries by Dr. Cook on lower back. 1st recovered went back to work. Few yrs later ruptured disk on other side. Dr. Cook got me in for pain shot ASAP etc.. But surgery was needed.
