I was fortunate to find Dr. Chozick to repair my back and neck. Had I not had the surgery on my back at the time, I would be in a wheelchair today! Nothing but the best from this doctor. He is king knowledgeable and has empathy on your condition and the red tape that follows with workers comp and disabilities.
