Patient Comments (4)
in Asheville, NC |
I started seeing Dr. Armstrong recently after having to switch urologists. Since then I have seen him a few times and have found him pleasant, thoughtful, and that he explains things in a manner that makes it easy to understand without talking down to me.
Asheville, NC |
Dr. Armstrong was unfriendly and acted like he didn't want to be seeing patients that day. He used inappropriate language (slang words for my genitalia) which made me feel embarrassed and uncomfortable. He never followed up on my testing despite two calls to the office. A very poor experience for me. I will find another urologist.

I recently saw Dr. Armstrong and his staff for kidney stones. Dr.Armstrong took the time to teach me about kidney stones, ways to prevent them and ways to manage my pain. He even showed me where they were in my X-ray! Dr.Armstrong and his staff are compassionate professionals! I highly recommend them!!
We are very glad to hear that you had a positive experience with our Dr. Armstrong and our office. Thank you very much for sharing this feedback. We take all feedback constructively, and sincerely appreciate it.
Very short with me during the visit. Acted like it was all in my head. Did do an ultrasound and realized that it wasn't. I am younger, but that doesn't mean that I am making things up. He gave me a prescription and that was it. No explanation, diagnosis, plan, no follow up. I had heard a lot of good things about this practice, so I decided to give it a try. I will not be returning. This doctor is in the running for one of the worst doctors I have seen.
We are very sorry that your experience with our office was not pleasant. We would like the opportunity to regain your confidence. We take comments like this very serious and will use this as a tool for improvement.
