I enjoyed Dr. Rodgers very much as she is kind and helpful. However, I will be in search of another provider because the office in nearly impossible to get ahold of. All communication is done over the phone or in person. They have no options for online communication. Office staff are rude and unhelpful. They usually don’t answer when you call, and do not return voicemails in a timely manner, if at all. This makes it incredibly challenging to get in contact with the doctor. I’ve told her about my concerns with communication, and there’s been no resolutions. After over a year, I am ready for a higher of quality care.
