She made me feel like a number. I would NOT recommend this doctor. I explained my symptoms to her and I felt as if I was talking to a wall. She talked over me, had TERRIBLE bedside manner, and made it seem my symptoms weren't real even though I've been complaining about the same issue for several months. She wasted my time and my money. PLEASE do yourself a FAVOR and find a DIFFERENT doctor she will not help you.

I am an R.N. Dr. Clark is smart, careful, thorough... but definitely, no-nonsense. As a patient, I try to clearly present my issues and accurately discuss my symptoms. I have found her to be an excellent doctor, her staff to be remarkably responsive, and to have formed an excellent working relationship.

Terrible bedside manner. I felt like my issues weren’t important to her. I also felt like I was taking up her time. She is not though because I mentioned a couple of things then found out by accident that I had an appointment with a doctor I had asked her about, actually two appointments with two different doctors. Terrible communication .... Also had an issue about my blood work and couldn’t get an answer whether to increase my meds. Bad experience...

Her mission statement is good, however, she misses the mark. She must obtain more knowledge of each individual patient and interact with them. Put down her computer, which she hides behind, and see and hear her patient. We have obtain the services of a new primary care physician. She is not compatible with our family.

TERRIBLE!! This lady needs to go sit down somewhere!! She's awful! Is she there to help??!! I couldn't tell during my visit she spent the majority of her time chastising and talking over me I doubt she got the full picture of my medical issues. I decided while she was doing her thing this would be my last visit a new doctor is in order.

I don’t know who Jen saw, must have been a ghost. TERRIBLE BEDSIDE MANNER! I called the office to switch to Brittany Clark because of all the smiling and warm pictures I had seen and I also felt that since she was a new practitioner, I may be able to finally get some help. No, I want give the respect of even saying “Dr” at this point. The lady on the other end of the phone offered me an appointment for the same day as a NEW PATIENT! How cool is that? Well, Brittany Clark walked in with the biggest chip on her shoulder, didn’t even introduce herself, sat down on her stool and asked me how could she help me! She didn’t even acknowledge me as a new patient. Talk about first impressions. She really talked down at me as if I was some dumb fool. She had her nose turned up. I don’t know if she was having a bad day or what but go find yourself a REAL doctor that is down to earth! Being a doctor doesn’t make you better than others. Needs bringing down to a level where she can care for others.

I've had a life-threatening illness since I was a teenager so I've seen tons of doctors in my 35 years. She is hands down the BEST DOCTOR I've ever been to. Incredibly smart, thorough and sweet. I HIGHLY recommend her.
