What People Say About Dr. Brian Rubin, MD

Dr. Rubin took my co-pay and provided no service. After 3 minutes of consultation (I will use this term loosely) , he said he would run the issue by the insurance co. and get back with me. How many months should one wait for this?? I would spending your money with a different Dr. Of course he will blame the staff.
