Very poor experience from the initial phone call to make appointment to the 5 hour 1st visit, resulting in still not seeing the surgery scheduler. After 5 days of waiting for return phone call to set up surgery I did some investigation. Really had an "Eye-opener" there! Dr Ranelle is ranked 2.1 his practice is ranked even lower. Here is the real zinger, their prices are $1000-2000 per eye over regional practices. When I approached topic with surgery scheduler, she was rude. Move on!
