What People Say About Dr. Brian O'Neill, MD
Reply
O'Neill has poor bedside manner. He is belittling. I'm well informed about my rare disease because of my support group and the research information I've read and when he talked to me about my disease, his knowledge about it was misinformed and outdated. Furthermore, His lack of caring has led to delayed treatments in other specialty departments. He takes months to get back to me after leaving messages. I have asked to see another neurologist but I need his ok as well which he refuses to do.
