He completed his undergraduate degree in Health Promotion and Disease Prevention through the Keck school of Medicine at the University of Southern California, his Masters Degree (MS) in medical education and Medical Degree (Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine-DO) at Western University in California. Residency training in Neurological Surgery was completed at Arrowhead Regional Medical Center in San Bernardino county in one of the busiest trauma centers in the state. This training also included area specialty rotations at Loma Linda University Hospital, Kasier Permanente, Riverside County Regional Medical Center, and Desert Regional Medical Center. Dr. Miller then went on to complete additional training and completed a fellowship in Complex Spine Surgery at world class Johns Hopkins Hospital in Baltimore, Maryland. Here he received advanced training in scoliosis, minimally invasive spine surgery (MIS) and revision surgery of the spine (correction of previous failed surgeries).
