It wasn't until after my one and only appointment with Dr. Malloy that I read his reviews, and I can now understand why they are low. One of the reviews was so similar to my experience it was as if I had written it myself. Seeing a urologist for the first time (or any time) for me is a frightening experience and my angst was only exacerbated by his rude demeanor and unwillingness to address my questions and concerns or relieve my fears. He just left the room & said his nurse would answer them.

I had a vasectomy. I have had billing issues mainly with them quoting me a lower price and then billing me hundreds more. Also, I have had swelling and pain for months after the procedure. Reading online this can be common, but that risk was never discussed with me at consultation. I’m afraid to go back because they’ll try to bill me more probably. Other than that, he was professional, courteous, and friendly. Overall, my experience at the time of the procedure was good.
