Had tonsil surgery in July 2016 great experience from beginning to end great Dr and excellent staff really liked the pa too chad

I am unsure about Dr. Gross. I found his office staff to be curt and not helpful. At my appointments Dr. Gross was a minimalist and offered little real information nor did he seem to be willing to be proactive. My appointments were wrongly scheduled two times with me showing up and not being on the schedule or being on the schedule at a different time. Let me just say I am meticulous about putting appointments in my pda. I am seeking a second opinion.

This doctor is amazing. He did surgery on me and it went very well. He GENUINELY cares about his patients and when I called about a question I had, he personally called me back. His staff is friendly and efficient. I wish more doctors were like he is.
Salem, VA |
Was nice but really didn't offer much assistance. Took absolutely no history (not even a paper to fill out prior to visit).
