Dr.Fuller and his surgical team were very attentive and adequately walked me through the process of getting a total knee replacement. Brittany would constantly text me with exercises to do and things that I needed to know before and after surgery. Dr.Fuller is caring and has a genuine smile that made me feel comfortable. I would highly recommend Dr.Fuller to anyone with out hesitation! Thank you so much and God continues to bless you with surgical knowledge!

Knee replacement
Dr. Fuller also previously replaced my hip, so I was confident I was in good hands. The pre-surgery preparation was thorough and the care provided was friendly, reassuring and professional at Baylor Frisco. As with my hip , the texting program was extremely helpful, encouraging and supportive. I can heartily recommend Dr. Fuller, his team, the physical therapists and Baylor Frisco for outstanding care and best practices for effective recovery.

Hip replacement
Smooth sailing; all went as described in materials given to me prior to surgery. Dr. Fuller and staff were attentive, caring, and readily available to answer questions. The only question I have, is why did I wait so long to make the decision to have surgery? I highly recommend Dr. Fuller.

Knee replacements
Dr Fuller performed two knee replacements on my Dad. His both knees were bone to bone prior to surgery. 1st Right Knee replacement in 08/2022 and 2nd Left Knee replacement in 02/2023. My Dad is very pleased with the surgery performed. Dr Fuller and his team provided excellent care overall. I must say Dr Fuller is definitely a very skilled surgeon. We appreciate all the text message reminders about exercises as well as motivation messages to keep going. Thank you Dr Fuller, his team and orthoTexas for providing skilled and compassionate care for my Dad.

Hip replacement
Dr. Fuller replaced my left hip using the anterior approach five weeks ago and my recovery has been 1 million times better than I had expected. Dr. Fuller called me personally to check on me. His staff sent me texts twice a day, giving me all kinds of helpful information, including the exercises that I should be starting and what my expectations should be. I highly recommend Dr. Fuller and his staff. He answered all of my questions. Dr. Fuller and his staff were very friendly and caring.

Exceptional Surgeon
Dr. Fuller replaced my left hip two weeks ago using the anterior approach. He did an exceptional job and personally followed up with me on two occasions. He also adjusted the length of my left leg leveling my hips. My recovery time has been significantly less than when my right hip was replaced using the lateral approach. Dr. Fuller was friendly, open to my questions, and explained the potential outcomes. My appointments were timely, and his staff was friendly and helpful. I highly recommend Dr. Fuller as an excellent and caring orthopedic surgeon.

Dr. Brian Fuller
I was told many years ago that I needed a knee replacement but put it off until I found Dr. Fuller. I had my knee replaced January 2022 and was back on the golf course by March. The care that he shows his patients shows the kind of doctor and person he truly is. He texted and called to check on me long after the procedure. I'm so thankful that I found him. I would highly recommend Dr. Fuller. He and his team in my opinion are the G.O.A.T

Exceptional Doctor
I have been a patient for awhile. I had a blood infection set in the old knee replacement(left) he replaced with a plastic till infection was gone and put a new titanium knee in. Unfortunately, it then proceeded to infect my right knee, once again h put in a plastic one, and will put in the new titanium next month. He is an absolute jewel to work with and wonderful bedside manner.

Great doctor & very successful surgery
Dr. Fuller has performed a knee replacement and a hip replacement for me. Both were very successful, the hip replacement especially took care of excruciating pain due to arthritis and I was able to get back to my usual activities. Dr Fuller is very conscientious snd concerned that his patients get the best care. You can sign up for texts that give info on issues relevant to the stage of recovery you’re at—medication info, exercise suggestions, lots of encouragement! He’s a very caring physician and a friendly guy with a good sense of humor!

If You Want The BEST...
Outstanding doctor! The BEST! Cares about his patients! Even called about me on a Friday night to check on me. He truly goes the extra mile to take care of his patients. After surgery I received daily texts of encouragement and progress expectations. It was really helpful to receive texts with suggested exercises to support physical therapy. By following them, I got ahead in physical therapy and reached my goal early. I highly recommend Dr. Fuller to anyone needing knee or hip surgery.

Total Hip replacement for the win!
Dr. Fuller is a very thorough, kind and understanding doctor. He carefully listened to all my concerns and thoroughly answered all my questions. He has a great bedside manner and was very detailed with my husband after my surgery. His text messaging service was invaluable and at times it was like he was reading my mind with the text I would receive. The exercises he sent were doable and helped get me on my feet and walking sooner than expected. I highly recommend him as well as his staff for your orthopedic needs.

Top Notch!
Dr Fuller wins my recommendation for total knee replacement. No denying that the first two weeks were very painful but the outcome is a complete success at 6 weeks. My legs are equal in length, knees aligned and I am now pain free. His supportive texts throughout my recovery were very instructive and reassuring. It was a pleasure to be cared for by him and his staff. He has a warm and sincere personality and answered all my questions.
