Piscataway, NJ |
By far - the worst run office in any medical profession I have ever been to. The normal wait time is 3 hours. The rooms need to be painted and the exam chairs are ripped up. The staff is rude. Put some money back into the office. Will NEVER goback again. Dr Fertig is very nice but the other dr is rude and obnoxious.
in Newton, NJ |
Dr Fertig takes the time to ask you all that he needs to instead of processing you and pushing you out the door. The result? My insulin resistance and my cystic ovarian syndrome have been completely reversed and I have been free from meds for 10 years now. At times the wait was 3 or more hours. Once they felt bad and gave me food due to the long wait. They need to space out patient appointments better! To see Dr. Fertig, you need to request him or you will see Dr Kanj who is also nice.
Piscataway, NJ |
You never get to see Dr. Fertig, and he kept pushing his books or whatever. The wait is totally unacceptable. 3 hours....REALLY? I went one last time to get my prescriptions refilled, and am going to find a different Dr. The staff sucks.
Dr.Fertig is never around and Dr. Hassan is not bad either. The doctors consult was decent, but the wait ! Ahh, the staff is not courteous to patient's and lazy. They don't have a particular format on who goes next to meet the doctor, I feel it's random. I waited for 2 and half hours and patients who came after me were taken in first. Bad staff.
in Edison, NJ |
You will not see fertig. Yet you will sit in his office for hours to see his accomplice kanj. The office and staff are pathetic. Laziest bunch of staff I've ever met. All they care about is their free lunch and the doc's in it for the cash. Avoid the place at all costs, you've been forewarned.

I knew when I went to see Dr. Brian Fertig, that there might be a long wait before I was able to get into see him. However, when did you ever go to any doctor and not have to wait in the waiting room? It is a long wait to ask for - and I do wish he could be quicker - but it was well worth the wait. Dr. Fertig was courteous, kind and answered all my questions.
