Was referred to him by my pcf as I needed a specialist. He spent all of 2 minutes with me. Asked me to take a hearing test even though I just had an MRI and my hearing was fine. He has his office set up to run like a fast food chain. An assistant standing in the middle of the hallway surrounded by rooms, giving him direction on who his next patient is and why they are visiting. Doesn’t read the patients info before seeing patients. Do not use this doctor. If I could give negative points I woul

Bedside manner is pleasant; he performed a myringotomy on my 10 mo. old (ear tubes) and set my mind at ease with his openness and direction on what all was involved. It's tough to get an appointment evening or weekend hours, so I do have to take time away from the office, but altogether we're happy with our experience with Dr. Farrell.

The facility is beautiful, modern and clean. The staff is friendly and helpful. My ears were severely impacted. Dr. Farrell's chair side manner is excellent. He cleared my ears and answered all questions. This was one of the most pleasant doctor experiences I've had.

Dr Farrell permanently injured the membrane in my nose by cutting out a deep portion of the tissue and packing it with silver nitrate. There was no sample sent for biopsy. The result of this procedure is a large area of scar tissue that must be cleaned and treated with salve several times each day.
