I personally like him. He started working with me age 24 in Albuquerque and I am almost double that age. He was kind and compassionate with me. He has a great deal of skills in different modalities. I guess I am not a typical patient. I went by choice from an auto accident. I think of Dr. D often and am so grateful that he did dry needling and never gave me opiates. Unfortunately not all stories go well, but that is not Dr. D’s fault I have endured neuro surgery and have lost most my vision due to intracranial hypertension. Unfortunately I have a birth defect in my brain. Life sucks sometimes it is what it is. He cares about people. He helped me. He helped me along the way. Chronic pain for over 25 years and no opiate addiction is a great thing. I hope he sees this and knows that I am others like him and respect him. If you are not looking for opiates and want to get well with pain this Doctor might help you. He has great ideas and knows his stuff.

Arrogant with no concern from him and his assistants. The injection was net even given by him which was of serious concern because it did not go right and the one Joel still in the process of training to administer injections not yet licensed. Stern tried to make me feel it was JUST anxiety. They are only good at making you feel worse.

Very cold personality, couldn't care less about your voiced concerns. At least by what he says when you first visit, he leaves the impression he thinks you are a druggie. He seems to be more interested in selling pricey procedures, injections and epidurals, as well as psychotropic drugs that leave you wonky, but don't relieve your pain. Las Cruces needs better options.

I would give zero stars if possible. Worst bedside manner I've ever witnessed!!! Long wait and once you finally see the Dr. he just quotes statistics, tries to question diagnosis' from other specialists that are beyond his scope of practice, and refuses to even attempt to listen to the patient! Dr. Delahoussey is condescending, egotistical, and very judgemental. I will NEVER go back!!!

My husband and I have seen Dr D. Off and on since 2005. He helped us avoid surgery for several years and referred us when we finally needed it. Every one I have recommended to him has also been helped. The clinic looks a bit shabby from the outside but his exam rooms and more importantly his treatment room is top notch. He does flourescopically guided injections as needed that are fast and smooth and worked great for us.

I had two appointments, never even met the doctor. I asked to meet with him before my procedure and explain why I needed sedating when that was never discussed. The response I got was that he did not have time to talk to me and yet he has time to stick needles in my neck? I walked out at that point. Dealing with unprofessional, untrained and uncaring staff was bad enough. Refusing to talk to me was the straw. Please for your safety and peace of mind FIND ANOTHER DOCTOR!!!!!

His place is very unprofessional. Give off a vibe that they are not concerned about your health. I would recommend that you choose another pain management specialist other then Dr Brian Delahuusye

After my first visit, I followed his recommendation and experienced improvement in my pain within several days. I was treated with respect and consideration. I had no issue with drug testing or restrictions on when medications can be filled. If I have problems in the future, I will return.

I have RSD and my husband is in the army so I'm sure you can imagine how many dr's I've seen in 15 years. I saw dr D and within weeks I was in remission. I would love to go back to him. My trust and level of maintaining my remission was absolutely the best care I've gotten in 15 years.
