I had a hernia operation performed by Dr. Citro in November of 2017, all went as expected. I did my homework and determined he was the best surgeon to have perform my needed procedure. I am most pleased with my results and grateful to have found him. You are in good hands.

Dr. Citro and staff are one of the most excellent of care takers that I have had work on me from beginning thru completion of surgery and release. if your looking for experience, personalty, understanding, patience humor, listening and caring he and his staff are the ones to contact. The number of office visits might be off as you did not for only Dr, Citro or all my Doctors

BEST DOCTOR EVER EVERYTHING WAS LIKE HE EXPLAIN TO ME AND GOD BLESS

What a great and positive experience. Dr. Citro is easy to talk to, listens , and most importantly explains the surgical options available. Easy to schedule and awesome positive personality. He exudes a level of trust that leaves you comfortable.

Dr. Citro and his staff were awesome He has done a hernia surgery as well as a major surgery just recently. Our healthcare system in Nevada is not known to be the best, but Dr. Citro is a star in our community. He knows medicine!

The doctor is great and so are the people who helped us.

I didn't have the same experience as some of the reviews, maybe the staff are new but everyone seemed very friendly even though it was pretty busy. I felt welcomed and cared for even if I may have been somewhat difficult as I was in a lot of pain. Dr. Citro really did a great job at making me less nervous about my surgery, and I can't even tell he operated on me. I guess he wasn't kidding about going through my belly button on a robot.

this provider of healthcare has a very intelligent staff that I would recommend to anyone looking for help
Battle Mountain, NV |
I would have no problem recommending Dr. Citro. My recent diagnosis required a surgical fix. I was referred to Dr. Citro by my primary care physician. He was pleasant, explained what the procedure involved, gave me informational materials on the procedure and his staff guided me through the process of pre-admission to the hospital and follow-up visits. Post operative pain was minimal with the procedure and recovery is going well. They all helped alleviate any fears I had of getting surgery.

Doctor Citro did my colonoscopy. It was my first, and after hearing bad things about another Vegas doctor, I was apprehensive. Very happy with him and his staff.
Las Vegas, NV |
Would NEVER COME HERE AGAIN. The office staff is completely out of line and needs to be replaced with real professionals. The "supervisor" was the absolute worst. Upon arrival for my specialist refered surgery, the "supervisor" complained that I called during office hours when she wasn't working to give health insurance information to the front desk (??? Uhm ok but you're open...) then yelled at me and told me to sit in the office for as many hours as it takes for her to run paper work.
in Las Vegas, NV |
The office staff is rude and uncaring. Very unprofessional, the doctor seems great but needs to do something about these rude people. Their message machine states that they take a lunch at noon and was told by the staff that they would be at lunch at noon however when I came at 11 they told me they were going to break and would not help me. All I needed was to pickup my paperwork. This was very frustrating considering I live 15 miles from this facility.
in Las Vegas, NV |
makes diagnoses without any concrete information, prior medical records from treating physicians. does not listen well; keeps repeating the same question(s) I would not recommend him to anyone. Go elsewhere found him to be somewhat of an alarmist - totally unnecessary when he doesn't have all the 'facts and figures.' Will never see him again!
