only works in the office one day a week and the doctors in the practice do not cover for each other in an emergency. I have a relative who is elderly with one lung who also has a heart condition. Cardiologist said he needed to be seen ASAP but they could not see him for over a month even though he was an established patient. not acceptable when a patient can't breathe well and can't get help
