How is a dated waiting around for an old phone system reflective on the care that this doctor gives to HIV patients all over the place he's a wonderful person he's a wonderful doctor. even in the last 60 days there's been a major Improvement in the response time for phone calls and voicemails they have a high volume of patients at this doctor's office so it does take them a little bit of time to get back to the patients and the pharmacies no reason to give a doctor a poor rating because of that
in Columbus OH |
I like Dr. Beesley, but the experience from a patient's point of view leaves a lot of room for improvement. Facilities are dated, chairs in the exam rooms need a cleaning. Telephone system is out of the 80's (many levels to go through, people are dreadfully slow to return calls IF they are returned). The doctor states that certain things need follow up, but even when a patient calls to follow up, things don't happen. Mt. Carmel needs to put more effort into this facility, it's like a stepchild.
in Columbus, OH |
This Doctors office are clearly not there for the patient, they will not respond to messages left from the patient or pharmacy. The staff is very rude and un welcoming. If you ave life threatning illness, please don't use this facility. Your condition will not be taken seriously and your medications will not be sent properly and there is 0 response when you call and leave a message.
