I have been seeing Dr. Plyler for medication for several years. Although I see him only every few months, he is very connected to my issues and is compassionate and supportive. He worked with me to find the right medication and when I have had a rough time, he has been understanding and helpful.

Although I see Dr. Plyler every few months now, he always remembers my issues such as free ,unstructured time making my anxiety go up at the end of my teaching term each year. He gently reminded me of this issue, brought it up at one of our previous sessions so we could meet before my teaching term ended and come up with a summer game plan. I feel very supported!
Went to him for couples therapy for over a year. He would end our sessions stating how different we were from one another. My wife has had serious psych issues for which was oh ok. She ends up filing for divorce.
He lied to me continuously and showed no concern at all for me as a patient. He spent most of our sessions looking at his booking computer. He gave me medication, Zoloft, known as the puke drug by drug reps of the pharma company that produces it, and despite my losing 15 pounds (10% of my body weight) from the side effects, pushed me to continue using it. This doctor is the worst doctor I have ever dealt with and I come from a family of doctors. I would avoid him at all costs.
