Total jerk .... Im sad that the medical profession has a person of this caliber. The manner of professionalism is far far from basic standards . SLOOPY UNPROFESIONAL PATHETIC INDUVIDULE

I am a service connected disabled veteran and I found Dr. Bolts to be an excellent doctor and his staff and assistant listened to my every word and actually seemed to care about me and my health concerns. I believe that he was on the square with me and I felt like I could trust him and will recommend him to everyone.

It seems like this guy is more worried about keeping the VA happy than actually helping veterans. He does a basic exam, then tells the VA what they want to hear. Never again. I would rather drive to Temple or Killeen.
in Woodway, TX |
I was there to get my neck evaluated for the VA. He had me turn my head left, right, up, and down. He did not measure my movement (or loss of mobility) in any way, shape, or form which is what the VA requires. I was also there for a TBI evaluation which was given by his medical assistant! A medical assistant is a far cry from a psychologist. If you are scheduled with this doctor cancel and schedule with someone else or fight the VA like I have to now.

I would Never recommend this man to anyone! He was rude and didn't even look me in the eye during the visit. He spent the first few minutes standing 2 feet in front of me with his back to me. He was sloppy and looked like he slept in his clothes. His shirt was untucked and I could see is belly hanging out.
