Totally doesn't get it "turn and burn "is there moto . Staff guaranteed me that my MRI was covered at "100 %" only to get a $400 plus bill. And I went in for my lower leg and he wrote the MRI of my knee so I still haven't got my leg looked at .He said your knee needs surgury I said you did it 4...more

Dr Dales is an excellent surgeon. He did a total knee replacement on my left knee now he will be replacing my right knee
