Dr. Bellard is the best kind of doctor. He loves his community. He spent his high school career in Carson City. After graduation he attended Lousianna State University in Baton Rouge. There he worked towards a Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry. January 1993 he published his first abstract in the Journal of Medical Chemistry. He graduated with honors as a LSU fighting Tiger and continues his love for that school even today. He attend Baylor College of Medicine, which is ranked as one of the top medical schools in the United States. The experience he gained in Houston, TX prepared him for every aspect of his career. He completed rotations at Ben Taub Hospital, University of Texas Medical Branch Galveston and Methodist Hospital. Dr. Bellard has worked in Urgent Care, Occupational Medicine and Family Practice for over 20 years. He is always learning in his field. In 2015, he become board certified in addition medicine. He holds a masters in epidemiology from the University of London. Providing excellent care for his patients is something he strives daily to do. He is active in the community as well and volunteers his time at multiple youth organizations.
