My first and last visit with Dr. Bell did not go well. They had not requested test results from referring dr or imaging. I was told they could get them in about an hour. I walked out. Then the office had the nerve to bill my insurance $500.00 for a consultation that did not happen due to their unprofessional failure to be prepared for a new patient!

Just one heck of a nice guy. Never hurries or rushes exams. And he listens as well as talks. He has my complete trust.

I am an elderly woman in my 60's and thought I would have no quality of life again until Dr. Ball performed surgery on my spine. I am now able to walk upright and without a walker! I was bent over for almost three years, with pain and numbness in the left hip and leg. Also, Dr. Ball has a great bedside manner. He spends quality time with his patients and treats them like an equal. He patiently listens to my issues. The aftercare he offers with PT and OT is awesome!

I can't say if it's due to his inexperience, or why; but I would not undergo this serious procedure again, as it did little to nothing to correct the problem.
