Dr. Brent Parnell is an Alabama native who went on to do undergraduate studies at Samford University then medical school at the University of Alabama School of Medicine. He completed residency training at Greenville Hospital Systems in South Carolina then did a 3 year fellowship in Urogynecology at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. After graduating, he started a Urogynecology program at Augusta University (formerly the Medical College of Georgia) where he practiced academic Urogynecology for 5 years while training Ob/Gyn residents in pelvic and vaginal surgery. He specializing in treating complicated pelvic floor conditions including pelvic organ prolapse, urinary and fecal incontinence, as well as fistulas, mesh related complications, and other medical conditions involving the pelvic floor. Dr. Parnell is married with 4 children, Avery, Griffin, Graham and Carsyn.
