I wish all docs were like Dr. Carmack. He takes issues seriously, looks for the answers, will send you for a second opinion when necessary to assist with figuring out exactly what is going on and takes the time to explain a diagnosis.

Dr Carmack and his staff are amazing. The staff helped me navigate which insurance (medical vs eye insurance) and was able to provide world class service that you don't find in many Doctor's offices. Dr Carmack is the kind of doctor who immediately puts you at ease, discusses your health history IN DETAIL with you, explains how certain types of medications can impact vision and spends a lot of time with you. I never felt rushed. He has a great personality. I highly recommend him.

My husband, daughter, mother and myself have all been seen by Dr. Carmack. In three cases the staff were responsive in accommodating emergency appointments requests. The staff is exceptional with their manner and competency. Dr. Carmack is knowledgeable, has an exceptional manner toward patients. He is informative, provides detailed feedback and recommendations in a manner that is understandable and reassuring. I highly recommend Dr. Carmack's practice.
