Dr. Sullivan is a great doctor!
Dr. Sullivan has been my Doctor for years! He is an excellent Doctor. He listens to his patients intently and goes the extra mile to determine every idea he can think of to help your medical situation. I had relocated to Florida for years and I could never find a Dr I thought was as good as Dr. Sullivan so I always came up to see Dr. Sullivan for my check ups and any follow ups he thought necessary. Dr Sullivan will never rush his patients because he really cares about them. You can talk to Dr. Sullivan like a friend he is not one of these Doctors that thinks he’s better than you, if I explain how I feel and hear of something that I was wondering about he will take the time to discuss it with me. Not dismiss it and get annoyed that I brought it up because I’m not a Doctor. Dr. Sullivan’s office staff are wonderful. They are always willing to listen and take every opportunity to squeeze me in. I have joined MDVIP which he is affiliated with. I am so glad he is my doctor!

Lack of Respect
I am a new patient. Twice he kept me waiting for over 45 mins. On my second visit, he saw a patient ahead of me who came in mistakenly at 1:45 for a 3:45 appt. My appt was for 2:00 and the doctor didn’t see me still and it was 2:30 because he took the other patient ahead of me. On my first appt, I waited 1 1/2 hrs for him to only rush me out in 15 mins. The doctor’s staff didn’t apologize either. The doctor didn’t give me a phone call after I left for my follow up. This office has no respect for their patients or their time. Apparently, only his time matters.

I came to this practice after my cardiologist left. I came in for an annual appt and to my surprise he never asked about my heart but proceeded to berate insurance company. Tried to refill a prescription and was told I never had been there. Spoke to one person twice as well as the office manager and was assured the prescription would be filled no problem. PS Just called CVS and they never called and of course they're closed. Don't ever go there. Not fit to tie my old cardiologist's shoes. Inept.

I became a patient of Dr. Sullivan last month and in that time have had four visits for a physical, cardiological tests and follow-up. I am so glad that I had the good fortune to meet Dr. Sullivan. He is intelligent, personable and concerned. He takes his time when explaining things and is open to answering questions. I feel that my health is in good hands with this very fine medical professional.
