We saw Dr Zehring for my teen son for OCD treatment. Dr. prescribed Fluoxetine during our first visit. When informed no improvement in condition after 3 weeks, he simply increased dose. With this medication, my son often feel tired and low motivation, and his OCD condition isn't improved. ...more

Thank you for your feedback. I am sorry I was unable to help your son. Prozac (fluoxetine) is an SSRI which can take 4-6 weeks for full effect. Increasing the dose is standard of care if limited benefit before a 6 week period of time. In regards to genetic testing. I did not have any control over the shipping, handling, or results of the testing. I did follow-up with the clinic to figure out ways to improve the process. Again, thank you for your feedback! We will make the corrections needed.
