Gloversville, NY |
Dr. Paddock himself does very nice work but his office is little better than semi-organized chaos. Horrendous wait times and barely competent office staff. medically speaking I have no problem with the doctor but his personality leaves things to be desired. He communication skills are limited and he show little respect for patients.

Worst waiting period ever.

We went to see Dr. Paddock when my son was 5 weeks old for a lip tie revision. He told me it wouldn't cause him any issues, even though he couldn't take a bottle. He then complained my 5 week old wasn't cooperating and told us to come back in a year if he was still having issues. We went to a pediatric dentist, had all his ties revised, and he could take a bottle 3 days after his surgery.
