Very unprofessional and no compassion would not even answer any of our questions because we already had another doctor involved. We had to wait for 3 months to get in to see doctor Creel so we had already scheduled an appointment with a local doctor. We had to wait for 2.5 hours in the office. He said since we already had a doctor what were we doing there? Was not helpful in any way what so ever. I asked about second opinions and asked about the scans that were sent. He replied "I don't look at scans" Would never recommend him for even my dogs. Very very disappointing. Crystal Fouche

Telemed with my 98 year old mother in the nursing home. Her first visit was at his office with me. I was not allowed in for this (Covid). I talked with the nurse attending and all went very well. My mother thinks he is great. He is a skilled, empathetic, patient centered physician. Dr. Creel is now also my GI.

We just moved to the area so my first appointment with Dr. Creel was online due to coronavirus. He seemed very concerned about my issues and wants to help me figure out how to manage my disorder. I really felt like he was listening and understanding my concerns. I can only imagine he’ll be more so in person. The doctor who diagnosed me with GP gave me no information on how to help manage episodes/attacks when they arise. I feel like Dr. Creel is a great fit for me.

Dont know about doctor as his nasty assistant must of given doctor a wrong number to call and they claimed no one could get through, didnt care about my situation as I waited two weeks for this appointment and need clearance for a surgery, was impressed by doctors credentials but wasted my time I could of seen someone else and Im still sitting here suffering now, I called phone company, nothing wrong with my phone, staff refused to give me the appointment that day they messed up. Learned by 2nd staff member someone wrote a wrong number so assistant cover her own butt at the expense of a sick patient, despise telemed, more people can be neglected and misdiagnosed, hugely negligent! By the way they can access your entire system, huge infringement of privacy, guys wake up please, this tech is okay for simple illness not complex issues, shameful we have this now. More people will suffer worse.
