Excellent care, down to earth
Dr Burkhart was friendly, thorough, explains things well. You’re in good hands at this clinic. Second physician I’ve seen here — both so trustworthy.

Review of my initial visit to Dr. Burkhart
Went to Dr. Burkhart for a problem with my knee. The exam was thorough with X-rays. His explanation of the problem was in layman’s terms and treatment was initiated. I am very pleased with the care that I received.

Highly Recommend
I was extremely pleased with my rotator cuff surgery provided by Dr. Burkhart. Everything went exactly as he had described with no problems. He’s very “matter of fact” and to the point. Everyone said I would experience a lot of pain for some time following my surgery but in fact any pain was very very minimal and short lived and I credit this to Dr Burkhart’s experience and know how. He was referred to me for my procedure and I’d highly recommend him as well.

Great Orthopedist for knees and shoulders!
Dr. Burkhart, listens attentively, evaluates what you tell him and then offers you some alternatives to surgery. Doesn't push surgery no matter what you've previously been told. So far, he's been right on!

Dr. Burkhart recognized the challenge arthritis presented for me. He addressed my concerns and discussed options available for treatment. He effectively communicated that, while I need surgery, he would be there to assist with alternative treatment until I was ready to go that route. He was knowledgeable, he effectively explained things in a way I could understand, and was supportive.

Shoulders and Knees!
I just saw Dr. Burkhart last week for problems with my knee. He did my rotator cuff surgery almost eight years ago. He is an excellent Dr. and knows his stuff! That's why when my knee started acting up, I thought of no other person to make an appointment with than Dr. B.

Highly recommend. The entire team is professional, and has a very thorough understanding of their craft. My entire life I had problems with both my shoulders after a series of accidents causing me to constantly dislocate them. They were able to diagnose the problem, they have the best nurses support you along the way, and then the team during surgery is nothing but the A1 team. Afterwards they monitor and answer all your questions and also have a PT office right next door. My recovery was cut in half due to the great work they did. Bradd, Lynn, and the whole team will change your life for the better no matter your situation.

The Lee Road Office of Orlando Orthopedic is very efficient. Once you get checked in for your appointment there is a very short wait until you are called back. Dr. Burkhart is attentive and kind. He listens to your description of your issue and then informs you what he’s going to do and why.

In too much of a hurry. Last time I saw him he said surgery wasn’t worth the risk. This time he said he could fix my collarbone but recovery would be four months. This confused me but he was in a hurry.

One of the few times I have ever visited the doctor and I saw the doctor at my appointment time. My appointment was at 2:00, and I was out of the office after x-rays and seeing him at 2:15. He was very quick to diagnose my issue and create a plan of action to reduce the discomfort.
