. Although I did not see Dr. Starley, I did use his office for an appointment. I am must upset with the lack of quality care I received from the nursing staff. I called twice and left voicemails. The voicemail said that they will return calls but I never received a call back which was very important to receiving the RX that I needed. The nurse told me that the empty the voicemails at the end of the day so I am assuming that no nurse listened to the voicemail calls. I am most unhappy with them.

Went to him for LUQ abdominal pain. He told me there was nothing there to hurt. I asked specifically if it could be my spleen. He said no, but thought he better do some tests to cover himself. Turned out I did have splenomegaly, and thrombocytopenia because my spleen was sequestering. I went back to see him before it was all discovered for continuing pain and was dismissed. He didn't listen to me or my symptoms. He was wrong in the first place and never said sorry or he was wrong.
