What People Say About Dr. Brad Mouse, DO

I really like Dr Mouse but the follow-ups are horrible. Three family members have gone for various tests and none of us ever got a call back about the results. One went to another doctor because he was in so much pain and they found a fracture. We’ve called and left messages asking for the results...Read More

Dr. Mouse is the best. I was going to a former PCM and he never once told me I had a kidney disease. Now I am at almost a three. Dr. Mouse found it the first time I seen him. I have referred a few people to him and they really like him. Thank you Dr. Mouse

I'm not sure if the frustrations are him or his staff but customer service means something to me and I was...Read More

I love Dr. Mouse, he takes his time with you and really cares. Unless you ask for a work release. You have to call him every day you're sick. Which I find ridiculous. I have to call 5 times before his staff will respond or answer the phone. When the nurses get a response from my doc they never call...Read More
