I needed to see an ophthalmologist urgently. The staff was so kind and fit me it. Everyone from start to finish were professional, reassuring, kind, and empathetic. I will recommend Dr. Kligman to anyone who needs an ophthalmologist. He too, took his time, did a thorough exam and explained everything in a calm and sensitive way.

First of all incredibly nice and down to earth. Very gentle and explained everything he was doing. A kind human being and a doctor. Hard to find on this day and age. Also credited his staff when I complimented him. That also is very rare. Everyone was so nice. I am so grateful

Dr. Kligman is knowledgeable, thorough, and reassuring. I first saw him with an issue that gave me a great deal of concern. He examined me, drew a conclusion, and gave me a regimen of drops to address the problem, which it did. His staff is excellent, organized, and skilled. I had been a patient of his predecessor for almost 30 years. I am as comfortable and as confident with Dr. Kligman as I was with his predecessor and I am glad that he is now caring for my vision.

They took me in right away as an emergency. There was no wait time and the staff and doctors were amazing! Everything was explained to me - I am now a new patient there. Will not go back to my old ophthalmologist!!

Extremely thorough examination bt Dr.Kligman (and his staff). I was anxious about my ophthalmologic complaints. His professional/caring manner was noted. I am extremely grateful that his examination was so thorough/meticulous. His diagnosis, prognosis, treatment plan and follow-up recommendations were completely explained. Being a.physician, I am aware of how outstanding physicians treat the disease AND the patient. Dr. Kligman is an example of the Compleat Physician

Thankyou for the text. The Dr was exceptional but I am very disappointed with the admin staff. 1- I called 2 hours before to ask co pay and if i am in network. They told me yes I am covered and only copay as it say on my card. 2- At the end of my service I got a surprise that I have to pay $35 for prescription. I am not a confrontational person and I had my eyes dilated so I payed with a very bitter experience. I like the doctor but I hate when admin and front office staff don't make money matter clear up front before the service and later sneak extra charges. When patient already had their service and has no option but to pay. I will change my doctor and also will cancel my husband's upcoming appointment because of admin staff and their unprofessional attitude.
