My husband had a stroke January 2017. The tests showed that his right carotid artery was nearly 100% blocked. When we met with Dr. Grimsley, he was very reassuring and went over options, one of which was the TCAR procedure which he performed in June. He showed us the trickle of blood before and 100% blood flow after surgery. Surgery one day and home the next. He is an AMAZING surgeon and a super nice good Christian guy. We would HIGHLY RECOMMEND Dr. Grimsley to anyone needing vascular surgery.

I do not believe I would. I am hesitant on returning myself but he did my surgery, so I'll try one more time before I seek other clinicians help.

My mother has been a patient of his for a few years. He did her fem to fem bypass. It was good, however my mother whom is her late 70's does not want to see a P.A, she wants to see the doctor every visit, because of this his demeanor has changed, she recently had to have a toe amputated. Again this last visit she made it clear that she wanted to see him not his P.A or a N.A. My husband was appalled by his behavior. As long as you are fine with seeing those under him then he would be ok.

We met Dr. Grimsley 5 years ago when we needed a 2nd opinion after being sent away by a Dr. at Harris Methodist. Dr. Grimsley is truly a Godsend. He saved my husband's legs and his life. He's been with us through the many issues my husband continues to have with one of his legs and he has not given up on him, when most probably would have. He truly does everything he can to try to save the limb and when he's run out of options, he's honest and has let him know but in a most compassionate way.

Dr. Grimsley performed an abdominal aortic aneurysm repair on my husband on March 8. From the time we were referred to him by our internal medicine physician to the last visit in the hospital, Dr. Grimsley was a very reassuring constant in my husband's world wind days. We knew after our initial consultation he was the one to perform the procedure. The whole experience with his office staff, his NP in the hospital and Dr. Grimsley himself, could not have gone more smoother. Highly recommend

Very caring doctor who truly cares. There are very few doctors left who truly care about their patients the way Dr Grimsley does. I have seen many doctors in the Dallas area who were supposedly the best in their profession. After 22 leg surgeries I was Blessed to get in with Dr Grimsley. He assured me that he could help me and I truly trusted him. Dr Grimsley helped me tremendously with my leg and my heart issues. I would highly recommend Dr Grimsley. He is truly an amazing Dr and person.

He literally saved my life (or at least my limb). His bedside manner is incredible. He made me at ease and optimistic in a very scary situation. He always had a smile on his face and answered and welcomed questions from myself and my family.

Dr . Grimsley, has been taken care of my Dad for about 4 years now. On April 1st 2016, he performed a difficult procedure and all I can say he is one of the very best! His patient care is top notch and he treated my dad as if it was his very own Dad and my family as if we were family. The staff at Baylor Heart Plano are the best!!!! Thank you to Dr. Grimsley and the entire Baylor Heart Plano staff.
