Dr. Haynes replaced my hip in December 2017. At that time, I was 54, and thought I was too young to have a joint replaced. After years of being treated for lower back pain radiating into my hip, and finally being told I had no cartilage left in my hip joint, I was done. Dr. Haynes and his staff worked with me to schedule my outpatient, computer-aided, anterior hip replacement during the Christmas break, allowing me to use holiday leave time for surgery and recuperation. I was released to drive in 10 days following surgery, successfully completed physical therapy in 3 weeks and was back to work at full capacity by the end of January. My pain following the procedure was nothing compared to what it had been prior to. I did not even need prescripton pain medicine following surgery. I remain pain free today in BOTH my hip and my lower back! If ever I need joint replacement in the future, I will not hesitate to see Dr. Haynes and highly recommend him to others.

My experience with DR Haynes is simply outstanding. His bedside mannerism and cheerful laugh is just super and beyond reproach. The right anterior hip joint replacement went quite well and did put my mind at ease. Thank you DR Haynes, it is my recommendation that all patients see you that are in need of knee replacements and hips. DR Haynes is a great american, skilled surgeon, and a gentlemen.

I had a total knee replacement on April 3, 2019 due to a diagnosis of osteoarthritis and osteonecrosis. Dr. Haynes used the Journey II XR, a newer type of replacement that will give me better range of motion than a traditional replacement would. I went home the day of surgery and I was able to walk upstairs the same day. PT and nursing came the next day and immediately got me moving on my own. I used a walker for 5 days, until I realized I was forgetting to use it a lot of the time. I quickly graduated to a cane. When I went for my two week follow-up, I forgot to take the cane and Dr. Haynes said, "I guess you don't need it." I take it with me now, if I'm going someplace that requires a lot of walking, but I'm even walking the dog without it. Total knee replacement is NOT pain free, but I can already see that my leg is straightening out, my walking gait is returning to normal and I no longer have the arthritic pain that needed daily medication. Thank you Dr. Haynes.

After hip replacement by another physician and still having problems, I sought out Dr. Haynes and he is my new hero!! A simple exercise was all I needed and after doing it faithfully for just two short weeks WHAT A DIFFERENCE! Before I couldn't get down on the floor and back up without help - NOW I CAN! I couldn't go up and down stairs quickly or without a handrail. Now I can RUN up the stairs and without using a handrail! Will definitely return when other joints need replacing!

Dr. Haynes did my total hip replacement ,and a total knee replacement 16 months later, both procedures at Mary Immaculate Hospital. The hip repair was slightly more painful than the knee, but the knee was almost pain-free. In retrospect, I wish I had not delayed the knee surgery so long after the hip. But I was a victim of "rumor-induced anxiety," having heard all kinds of horror stories about knee surgery from well-meaning friends. Dr. Haynes is an artist at his joint replacement trade, and an

Knowing that a hip replacement was in my future from October 2018 to February 2019 with the promise that my pain would be gone and walk that I again would walk. Well he told the truth and he is my hero as I spent the entire month of February in unbearable pain unable to get out of bed without help from my daughter who moved in with me. Well Dr Haynes is my hero and what he said he did. I am a believer that what he says he would delivered he did. I can"t thank him enough he-exceptional surgeon

Outstanding results - Right Hip Replacement by Dr. Haynes on 12/19/18. Pain of recovery is no where near the pain experienced prior to surgery. On a walker for three months prior to the surgery. Now.. walking with a cane two weeks out from surgery and expect to be without a cane soon! Thank you Dr. Haynes!

After a year of having knee surgery by another Dr. I wasn't pleased with the outcome. A family member saw Dr. Haynes and was very pleased with the outcome. I heard on the radio and flyers on an upcoming seminar and attended. Great seminar with very helpful information so I scheduled an appointment. After a couple of visits I was confident that Dr. Haynes could help me. Scheduled surgery and now a year has pasted and I'm very pleased with the outcome giving me mobility and minimal pain!

Went to see him because I hyper extended my ring finger on my left hand. The grip strength was significantly reduced due to pain and discomfort. He confirmed my suspicion of what was wrong. As he was leaving the exam room, I asked him if I should use vertical ladders, thinking he had forgotten about that. His reply, "Yes, you can use them. Just use the two good fingers on that hand. They will compensate for your injured fingers."

I was trying to avoid surgery despite constant knee pain. Dr Haynes was prepared for all my questions and was very reassuring. My 2 surgeries went very well and my rehab for each knee has been above expectations. My only regret is that I delayed surgery for so long. Thanks to Dr Haynes, I am looking forward to resuming many activities I had given up.

Had carpal tunnel surgery. Dr. Haynes thoroughly explained his non-invasive procedure and what to expect before, during and after the surgery. He even showed me where he would be making a small incision. The surgery went as explained. Post surgery I worked my hand as Dr. Haynes prescribed. My hand felt a little sore but no pain, no swelling in the fingers, no shocks (like electric shocks) in the hand. The small incision required no stitches and healed quickly and full use of hand.

Being a somewhat healthy 57 year old, I spent less than 8 hours total in the hospital from check-in to check-out for my hip replacement. On my feet about an hour after surgery and ambulatory when I got home. Minimal amount of opiate pain medication and the physical therapy was actually pleasant with a lot of walking and other fairly simple exercises. Dr. Haynes told me movement was healing and life and I found that to be very true. Quality of life is so much better post surgery.

As a 70 year old patient I had been receiving cortisone injections for osteoarthritis in both knees, every 4 months for over 6 years. In April 2018, Dr. Haynes recommended that I try a series of 3 weekly injections of Euflexxa, a synthetic solution, to lubricate the tissue in my knees. It has been 6 months since my first set of injections an my knees feels 20 years younger (if that's possible) and I've not had the need for another injection.

Rotator Cuff surgery. I kept putting it off, and finally went ahead and did it. Although you have to be willing to do your necessary rehab/PT to get your mobility and strength back, it has been phenomenal. Dr. Haynes and entire team are the best. He is compassionate and care about his patients. He is top notch all the way.

I would highly recommend Dr. Haynes. He performed my hip replacement a little over three weeks ago. I am 66 and within 2.5 weeks I was driving. My new hip is wonderful and Dr. Haynes is top notch. He has a great bedside manner and is highly intelligent. He was very excited about my surgery because my case was a little different. His enthusiasm coupled with a calm demeanor and well thought out plan for surgery kept me calm. I'm going back to him for my left hip. Thank you, Dr. Haynes!

Dr. Haynes replaced both of my knees (a few years apart). Some people told me I wouldn't play racquetball again. Dr. Haynes said I would. He was right. Both knees are working welland pain free. A+ , Doc.
