I was referred to Dr. Bourck Cashmore by my PCP and another Orthopedic Specialist for replacement of my left hip in 2019. From the moment I entered the office I felt comfortable and welcomed. After Xrays and exam, I was thrilled when Dr. Cashmore said "I can help you." Dr. Cashmore and his PA Greg Harris were extremely thorough and explained every step of the way. Surgery was successful and within 3 months my hip was normal again. Unfortunately, then my right hip followed the same path. I went right back to Dr. Cashmore who replaced my right hip in 2020. Again, 3 months later and I am walking normally without assistance. I would not go to anyone else and would highly recommend Dr. Cashmore, Greg Harris, the office staff and the staff NA Medical Center who gave me excellent care. I would add that I also have scoliosis in my back and he and his team were able to lengthen both legs to the exact degree to accomodate the curvature in my spine.

Dr. Cashmore did my total anterior hip 2 1/2 years ago - perfect results. I have chosen him to evaluate my knee and, if necessary, to do a knee replacement on my other leg. That's how much I trust and value his expertise.

When I visited Dr. Cashmore on March 27, 2017, for an appointment regarding my hip, I was suffering from a great deal of pain and I was scared. By the time I left his office I felt more at ease and was comforted by Dr. Cashmore's dedication to answer my questions and set in motion a wellness plan for my hip and referral for my back. Dr. Cashmore was not quick to encourage me to have surgery which I really appreciate. And, his staff was efficient, kind, and professional. Thank you.

Dr. Cashmore did an excellent job with my bi-lateral hip replacement surgeries. I was at the point of being unable to walk around a city block, and can now hike the Grand Canyon! My surgeries were 6 weeks apart, and Dr Cashmore was professional, caring, and skilled with each one. I had no complications, and was up and walking the day after surgery. Excellent surgeon.

I had a severe hip injury. Couldn't find a Dr. in my area that would believe me. So I drove two and a half hours to see Dr. Cashmore. I'm so glad I did. The MRI didn't really show anything. He observed me for a time and when my symptoms didn't resolve, he did an exploratory surgery. I was scheduled for three hrs. He stayed and worked on me for 6 hrs. There was a big mess and a lot of grafting to do. Because he's so meticulous, he found things other surgeons might've missed. Thank u !

I had total knee replacement elsewhere. Dr. Cashmore did the revision on this and also did the total replacement on my other knee. I can't describe how much better the second knee went. At 6 weeks it was already out-performing the first one. His staff has always been patient and helpful. They listened to what I thought I needed to make my hospital and post-hospital experience go better. More than once I have showed up at the office without an appt and got to see someone in very short order.
