Patient Comments (1)
Monroe, NY |
My experience: I spent 45 minutes sitting in a small, stuffy waiting room filling out numerous forms only be told my insurance was not taken and I could try again in a couple of months. This was unprofessional not to menton embarrassing for me. I had checked with my insurance company right before the appointment and Dr. Lavotshkin was indeed on the PCP list. It would have been much more professional and courteous to give me this information at the time of making my appointment over the phone.
