Care Philosophy

This content was provided by Dr. Floyd "Bonnie L Floyd MD, FACC is a board certified cardiologist and fellow of the American College of Cardiology. She is in private practice in Dallas, Texas. Her areas of expertise include diagnostic and interventional cardiology. A commitment to life-saving technologies lead her to implant the first drug-coated stent in North Texas. However, she feels strongly that in our age of technology, compassionate care remains the mainstay for all treatment plans."

She's very attentive and can assess your condition accurately. She bases her decision on years of experience and also will do what testing needs to be done to make an accurate diagnosis.

She told me "we" were going to "take a look". I woke up from "taking a look" with a stent. No mention of the inserting a stent was ever made prior. I'm allergic to nickel, which is one of the ingredients of the stent. It cannot be removed. Dr. Floyd did not know that the stent contained nickel. She thought it was titanium. I find that appalling. That's her job. I would not allow her to work on my dog. Also, She told my insurance company that I had chest pain. I did not and never said I di
