Dr. Flick was the worst mental health provider we have seen. She has a cold, non-personal demeanor, and made little to no attempt to connect with my young daughter or make anyone feel comfortable. You sit there feeling unwelcome, stupid for the questions you ask, and challenged for your parenting decisions. She often discussed inappropriate and upsetting subjects in my daughter’s presence. All might have been forgiven if her plan of care was good, but it was disastrous.
