Very limited office hours, or none at all. Very long wait times, 1--2 hours is usual. Inefficient nurse/aide. Inability to get through many, many calls do not get return call. Pharmacy(CVS) has trouble getting through as well. Support staff needs significant upgrade!! It can take days to get a call back, or sometimes no call ever returned. Current aide/nurse is extremely inefficient, and sounds disinterested, makes many errors. Like Dr. Malik very much, but other issues have been out of control for a very long time. A top administrative/office manager is needed, and be available. Will consider switching my PCP if this continues.

My family and I have been seeing Dr Malik for many years. He is an excellent physician. Very knowledgeable, very compassionate and professional. He explains everything very thoroughly and makes certain that my 86 year old father understands everything. Yes, his wait time might be long sometimes, but he spends TIME with each patient. He takes as much time with his patient that the patient needs. I do non ot mind waiting because I know that he will spend time with my family and me

Other than the long wait- he is by far the best primary care physician. He talks to you about conditions that may be and what he will do with you. He comforts when there needs to be comfort and instructs when you need to be instructed on how to make yourself better. One of the best. Too bad they don't have Doctors like him in the state of Florida. Miss him!!!

My first experience with Dr Malik was great! I loved how he took his time in getting to know you.. He actually listens to you and shares personal experience. I would recommend anyone to try him out! The staff is very nice as well. You may have to wait longer in the waiting room, but keep in mind he does take his time with each and every patient.
