Dr. Loy has been very professional, knowledgeable and easy to understand on what type of treatment my foot injury required. I have a disability with memory from (brain tumor removal) which caused me to have to phone his office with questions and additional instructions on care of the foot. His staff is outstanding!! Always willing when I phoned in with questions to transfer me to a technician. At first I had many phones calls to his staff, Rachel, Tori, Sanny, Liz and Kelly. My questions or additional instructions I needed were answered very professional and politely, always telling me to call any time. I have had many dealings with medical staff and have never dwelt with such a pleasant, friendly, courteous, kind, and caring staff. They all are keepers and deserve a 10 star rating!!!!! It is important when a person deals with medical issues that the doctors staff also be easy to work with, you have "keepers".

Went to him for my hip and horrible pain shooting down my leg. Uneducated and very arrogant. I urge him to continue learning. In this 3 year journey of undiagnosed pain and suffering I have learned that Dr's most often just want a paycheck. You are not a patient anymore. You have to be the one researching and diagnosing yourself. Yet you're the one unable to work and they sit back and collect a fat paycheck while doing nothing but making your situation worse. He's very loud too. He talks over you and he seems angry if he's not able to figure it out. I felt like I was at the principal's waiting for detention. My husband was furious when I came out of his office in tears.
