Dr. Evans is very professional and very thorough. He makes you feel very comfortable in his offices. I have been to two of his offices and his surgery center. All staff are professional and courteous. They always return phone calls and keep Follow My Health app up to date.

I have been a patient of Dr. Blake Evans for about 3 years. He has preformed numerous procedures. And has been a very caring and especially professional Physician. I recommend him highly, and would not consider using any other Urologist when the need arises

Dr. Evans is a wonderful doctor. He listens to your questions and concerns and answers them in a way you can understand. He has helped me when no one else would. He is amazing and so is his staff. I would recommend him to everyone. H truly cares about people.
