What People Say About Dr. Billy Page II, DO
Reply
60 days ago, went to Dr. Page aboutmy RIGHT thumb catching (trigger-thumb), had tried shots to reduce swelling w/my GP - but to no avail; so I was coming to Page for a trigger release Surgery eval. UNFORTUNATELY, I also mentioned I had arthrhitis starting in both hands, so I agreed to x-rays. Furthur, I asked him how I could help slow its progression! SO now having the R. thumb SX secured, he begins to talk with me about my arthrhitus. UNFORTUNATELY again, I told him I've been cashiering p.t. on and off over the years where I think it began, AND I said, I hadn't cahiered in a year and WAS NOT currently in pain or swelling. Then, casually mentioning I was looking for different work because of it, he said, "No you don't have to quit cashiering, you probably have Carpal Tunnel and that can be fixed with SURGERY too, you could even do them at the same time!" This is when he began looking for my points of pain, taking my L. thumb an grinding it harder and harder into my hand. STILL IN PAIN
