Patient Reviews (3)
Kansas City, MO |
I was having visual disturbances and was recently diagnosed with Lyme disease. It was recommended I see a neuro Ophthalmologist. Dr. Wallace was skeptical that I had Lyme disease and asked me if I ever lived on the East coast. When I explained to her that Lyme disease is everywhere she was extremely rude and treated me very badly. Doctors need to get a clue about Lyme disease.
Leawood, KS |
I was a referred patient. She was willing to listen and able to help me with a unusual condition.
in Kansas City, MO |
I was in my early 30's, had just gotten a major promotion at work. I lived 500 miles away from my family and friends. I was scared that my life was forever changed and that my sight was permanently damaged. I had been to 4 other doctors before her without resolution. I feared I wouldn't be able to work, drive or function normally again. Instead of helping me- she was belittling and treated me as if I was just playing around. It was cold, rude and unprofessional.
