Outstanding care. Professional and friendly. The entire office staff compliments each other for a very comfortable and pleasant Doctor appointment. Originally, a patient twenty five years ago and should have never left their care, however I moved out of state.
I saw Dr Bilal Siddiqui in June 2021, he treated me for a bad arch on my left foot. He stated that I needed a foot brace. I asked him over and over again if I had to pay anything extra towards him brace. He told me over and over again that I would NOT have to pay anything extra. After I got the brace, it broke in two. I never went back. Now, Weil Foot and Ankle keeps sending me bills for $100.00. They all knew that I’m on disability, and that I would NOT have to pay anything. But I keep getting bills for $100.00. No one at Weil Foot and Ankle even responds to me about anything. Please be careful!!
Dr. Siddiqui performed some rather serious surgery on me. The outcome after one year and four months is not yet fully satisfactory. I went back to communicate to him the continuing symptoms I experience intermittently. He was responsive to my complaints, so let's see how more physical therapy will help. But post surgery, the second metatarsal pushed up into the toe operated on, and the doctor's explanation for this does not seem to be sufficiently clear to me.
Today's visit was different than usual. The test was about 20 minutes long. Wait time was about 5 minutes. l wished all appointments were fast like this one.
The doctor will always pay attention to what you're saying and what you need. And you always address your concerns. But all the doctor from this location is always been a professional an attentive.
