I have been a patient of Dr. Benjamin for over 2 years and I have recommended him to friends, coworkers and family members who are looking for a PCP. He is very professional and caring. He always listens to your concerns, explains your conditions in a way that it is easy to understand, and takes into consideration patients' preferences in the treatment plan. I feel very blessed to have him as my primary care physician.

Dr. Benjamin saved my life. I am a completely different person since seeing him. He and Farnoosh were so kind and thorough - they listened to me and my concerns - Dr. Benjamin suggested a remedy for my health issues and I have felt better than I have in a very long time. I can't say enough about my experience. It is not easy finding a doctor who actually listens and doesn't rush your appt. Everyone in the office is nice and helpful. Quest drew my bloodwork and it was completely painless. Thank you all for caring enough to make such a huge difference in a person's life.

I have been to Dr. Benjamin for several issues and he has always made the correct diagnosis. He recommends enough tests to uncover problems but doesn't go overboard.

I signed up and prepaid for Inspire Health's Rapid Covid-19 testing. The test site was in a parking lot, and the setup to receive the test was poor and unorganized. After 2.5 hours of trying to fight my car to a testing space I had to be back at work so I drove around to the front to let them know about my situation and that's where I eventually met Bijas Benamin who said he owned the practice. I've never seen an owner of a medical practice (or any business) care as little about customer experience as Bijas Benjamin, and the fact that he said repeatedly there have "never, ever" been any complaints about his business before just tells me he probably ignores complaints completely. And after wasting 2.5 hours of my time and getting the response I did from Mr. Benjamin I certainly wouldn't entrust my healthcare to any organization he owns.

If you care about you health and well-being, run as fast as you can from Inspire Health. I foolishly left Baylor Scott and White to go to Inspire Health and that was the biggest mistake of my life. My doctor changed all my prescriptions and had everything so jacked up it wasn’t funny. They also treated my wife and blatantly lied and tried telling her all her medical issues were in her head. They tried putting her on antidepressants for no good reason. Since returning to Baylor Scott and White, my meds are back under control and I’ve lost over 30 pounds. I feel better, I have more energy, and Baylor got both my wife and I to qualified specialists. We are both improving drastically. Inspire Health were horrible health care providers. Stay away!!!!

I've had several visits with Dr. Benjamin with really great results. He is not quick to prescribe drugs and is very thoughtful about diagnosing and care which I appreciate. He also has a nurse practitioner in office which is really a plus for me.

I have never left a 1 star review, but my experience at this place has been awful time and time again. My most recent issue involved me getting a SECOND concussion. I called the office and asked them if they can immediately get me a referral to a neurologist. Kristy (the only good thing about the place) says she will send it back urgent! 5 hours go by and I haven’t heard any status on that, so I call back towards the end of the day and speak with Jessica. She tells me that they went ahead and sent in the referral. ONE WEEK goes by and my neurologist calls telling me they have not received anything. I call Dr. Bijas’s office once again and they say it looks like it was sent, but let me give you a call back. I get a phone call and voicemail AFTER they are closed saying ‘due to the high number of referrals, we have not gotten to yours yet.’ This is extremely concerning and not the only incident I’ve had with the office. This shows the lack of care they have for their patients.

My husband and I are very impressed with Dr. Benjamin and his staff. We had an Internist in Plano but wanted someone closer to home in Frisco. A friend recommended Dr. Benjamin. We did have to wait a few months to get on his roster since we have Medicare but it was well worth the wait! We found Dr. Benjamin to be warm and friendly and extremely knowledgeable. He took all the time we needed, asked very good questions and we both felt he understood our health concerns. Since my initial appointment I have used the practices email system and the response has been very timely and thorough. I have recommended Dr. Benjamin's practice to others in our family.

I moved to TX three years ago and immediately started looking for a primary care physician. Several people who had also recently relocated to TX highly recommended Dr. Benjamin so I decided to give him a try. I have not been disappointed. He takes his time listening to all of your concerns and is very compassionate and caring. His staff is equally compassionate and caring. I also appreciate their quick turnaround in responding to my questions submitted through their patient portal. I highly recommend Dr. Benjamin to anyone looking for an internal medicine physician.

Dr. Benjamin is my physician. He was highly recommended from my previous family doctor (Dr. Walker) of 10 years and I have to say I have no regrets for choosing Dr. Benjamin as my new doctor. He was always been straight up and honest with me, has never pushed me for doing anything I didn’t feel comfortable with(taking prescriptions) and has always given me good advice even when I worried too much. The service at his office is world class and Everybody here is kind and polite. Thanks Dr. Benjamin for taking good care of me and I appreciate your service!

Dr Benjamin is an excellent doctor. He is compassionate and very thorough. I've had a chronic condition for much of my life. Doctor Benjamin was patient and considerate in finding a treatment regimen that worked very effectively for me in controlling my condition. He spends as much time as needed in explaining what he is doing and why he is doing it. He addresses any questions or concerns I may have thoroughly so that I leave his office feeling very confident in the treatment I have received. J. M. Spear
