I strongly advise you to not use this MD. He took over the practice of my previous neurologist. He is the worst I have ever seen. He barely listened to me. He did not review my chart for my first visit. He even accused me of not having my condition, until I provided him with proof from 3 other MDs. Later, I had to bring back his hand written RX to prove to him he had written it for my mail order service. His staff was great. I actually feel sorry that they have to work for an incompetent MD.

I ended up with Mandalapu because he "bought" the practice when my neurologist retired. He does not make eye contact with, much less listen to, his patients. Suggests my epilepsy, which has put me in the hospital multiple times for seizures over the past 20 years, is not real. Office standard operating procedure: deny all refill requests from my pharmacy.... not ever answer the phone... and not physically open the office that is supposedly open M-F 8:00-5:00.

Him and his practice is crap. They never answer the phone and when you leave a voicemail they rarely ever to never call you back. The facility is a dump and the staff there are rude and horrible. Also Dr. Mandalapu treats his patients like herding sheep. Get them in, get them out and collect the insurance money. He doesn't give a damn about any of his patients. I'm warning u now. DO NOT USE THIS DOCTOR. HE SUCKS!!!

Dr. Mandalapu is very insensitive, arrogant and rude human being. He barely reviewed my file and said I'm a liar. He said I should be grateful that I am normal. If I was normal then I wouldn't be spending money to see a neurologist! He insulted me for 25 mins. He insulted me before I even spoke. This guy is extremely rude. Staff was not friendly at all. The place looked run down and the tv was obnoxiously loud. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND TO AVOID THIS GUY AT ALL COSTS. Please look else where.

I waited at the office for an hour: I was told I would be next in queue after the first half hour. I waited in surprise as someone else was called in instead, hoping it was a mistake and that I would be next and finally go in. But that did not happen! I left immediately after one hour of waiting while watching the SECOND person get called in ahead of my queue! I left the office and I won't go back.
