Absolutely one of the most rudest, dismissive and arrogant doctors I've ever dealt with in my life. She rushed through the appointment and answered my questions dismissively. She rushed through my physical exam and smugly laughed out loud when I had trouble with balance during the exam. I would NEVER recommend her to anyone. Perhaps she may need to go back to school to learn bedside manners and patient etiquette. Knowledge may take you far but empathy and listening goes a long way...

I was recently diagnosed with MS as had an awful experience with Dr. Gilder. While I understand she probably deals with MS patients on a daily basis, she had zero sympathy for the fact that my entire world had just been flipped upside down when I first learned of my diagnosis. She was late to multiple appts, rushed us out the door, treated me as if every question I asked was stupid and/or an inconvenience and even texted during my appointment. Bottom line she has NO regard for others.

I FOUND HER TO BE RUDE, ARROGANT AND DISMISSIVE. WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND HER.

      Why Does Experience Matter?

Even specialists specialize. One orthopedic surgeon might do nothing but hip surgeries, while another does nothing but knees. If you want the best possible care, it’s critical to match your medical need with the doctor who truly specializes in treating it.
