She does not seem to care about her patients. She rushed through my appointment, it took her 5 days to call me with important test results that were available online in 24 hours, and she prescribed medication with no discussion of side effects or drug interactions. I will not be returning.

When she decides on treatment, you better hope it works, because she's not willing to try other options. In contrary to her D.O. training, she will treat only symptoms, rather than determine the route cause. After I finally got fed up with her care, I requested my records and found red flags on test results that were not relayed to me. She dismissed my symptoms like I'm exaggerating. Don't bother with her outdated knowledge or her antique filing system (nothing is electronically filed).

Dr.Loss has been our family physician 4 over 25 years, since our children were small and is still our family physician now that we are grandparents. Her standard of care has always been excellent. Two of our grown children still use her as their family physician. She is a wonderful doctor, and has always been caring and thoughtful. Dr. Loss will always tell it like it is , even if you don't particularly want to hear it, and will send you to whatever specialist you may need.
