Fuquay Varina, NC |
I was very surprised to overhear how disrespectful my grandfather was spoken to by this doctor. My grandparents have been going to see Dr. Beth R. Friedland for as far back as I can remember (10+ Years). The way she spoke to him was completely unacceptable! He is 91 years old and speaks very little English. She raised her voice and refused to translate to me what her findings were. She mentioned she would call me after she was finished we her charts and of course I received no call.
Durham, NC |
Had a bad experience with another eye doctor. Dr. Friedland fixed everything and got my 91 year-old mom a correct prescription.
